I love Lisa Eldridge. She is one of the best make-up artists in the international beauty and fashion world. She has worked for all the big magazines for editorials and has collaborated with many high end fashion houses on their advertising. She also has a Youtube channel where she shares her tips and tricks to try out. What I like most about her make-up skills is that she keeps it light and airy by accentuating the good features and hiding the bad. Especially since it is really in fashion right now to get heavy contouring and many layers. What is also great is that she will occasionally do a drugstore make-up tutorial. Go check her out!
p.s. This Youtube tutorial on make-up for glasses gives you some tools to work with and you can give your own spin on it.
This make-up is just amazing! So subtle and light, I love it and just had to share it!!
I absolutely adore the make-up look Path McGrath made for Dolce and Gabbana. The focus in this look lays on a glowing skin and the rest of the make-up is either math pink hues (as seen on the left on Gigi Hadid) with a nice yet subtle wing liner or more golden and pink with an amazing matte red lipstick and also a subtle wing liner (as seen on Karlie Kloss). I just can’t stop about it. It can be incorporated through in your daily make-up, as party make-up and even for your own wedding. Path McGrath really outdid herself.
Offcoarse the Dolce and Gabbana ready to wear collection was equally amazing. It was focused on la famiglia and especially on la mama and looked quite Italian chique. The fabrics were nice and versatile. There were a lot of dresses with a pattern of kids drawings on it and the shoes and accessories were unbelievable detailed and super abundant. There were even some moms walking the runway with their kids to underline the the la mama theme of the collection. I just loved everything about it!
If you want to see the collection you can see it either here as a youtubeclip or as full pictures on style.com.
