Make-up for glasses

I love Lisa Eldridge. She is one of the best make-up artists in the international beauty and fashion world. She has worked for all the big magazines for editorials and has collaborated with many high end fashion houses on their advertising.  She also has a Youtube channel where she shares her tips and tricks to try out. What I like most about her make-up skills is that she keeps it light and airy by accentuating the good features and hiding the bad. Especially since it is really in fashion right now to get heavy contouring and many layers. What is also great is that she will occasionally do a drugstore make-up tutorial. Go check her out!

p.s. This Youtube tutorial on make-up for glasses gives you some tools to work with and you can give your own spin on it.

New DIOR glasses

1_CD_3270_086 You guys know I love me some good glasses. Recently I’ve bought a new pair and I am totally in love! It’s a really simple and classic model. I was looking for some glasses that could go with different outfits and would look good on my face (I have quite broad cheekbones so not every kind of glasses suit me). Believe me, the struggle was real. It was essential that they would go nice with my eyebrows and that my eyes (make-up) would be visible. For now, we have to do with this picture. I couldn’t find a better picture and I have to wait until I can pick it up because the customized glasses are getting installed. What do you think?
